Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Velora, we strive to deliver well-planned and memorable events. As the official event planner and organizer, Velora manages all ticket sales, event bookings, cancellations, and refund decisions.
1. Ticket Sales
All ticket purchases made through Velora are considered final and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
2. Cancellation by Attendees
If you are unable to attend an event after purchasing a ticket, cancellations may be requested by contacting Velora’s support team. However, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated at Velora’s discretion.
Requests submitted close to the event date may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
The event is cancelled by Velora.
The event is rescheduled and the attendee cannot attend the new date.
A technical error or duplicate transaction occurs during payment.
In such cases, Velora may issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
4. Event Changes
Velora reserves the right to modify event details, including venue, schedule, speakers, or program elements, when necessary. Such changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
6. Force Majeure
Velora is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
