At Velora, sales are considered final

We understand that sometimes plans change, but refunds are not issued by Velora directly. Refunds, if any, are handled solely at the discretion of the event organizer. Please reach out to the organizer of your event for more information about their cancellation or refund policy.

Important Notes:

Velora does not guarantee refunds for any ticket or purchase.
Event organizers may set their own terms for cancellations and refunds.
Any disputes or refund requests must be resolved directly with the organizer.
